Dr. Alan Stein is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in the treatment of complex and pediatric spinal conditions. He completed his Neurosurgery residency at Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College and has advanced fellowship training in both pediatric spine surgery at Shriners Children’s Hospital and complex spine surgery at the Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Stein earned his medical degree from Florida Atlantic University, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
He is passionate about providing personalized, patient-centered care and helping patients return to their highest level of function and quality of life. His clinical interests include complex spine surgery and pediatric spine deformity.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Stein enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, weightlifting, and fishing.
